1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most of our products, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Certain items, such as underwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please review the product description for return eligibility before purchase.
- You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Return the Items: Once your return request is approved, carefully package the items and ship them back to the address provided. You must include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package to help us process your return.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received).
- Defective/Incorrect Items: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
4. Conditions for Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved:

5. Non-Returnable Items
